Yes, it is an option in our Volunteer Scheduling options. When creating a schedule, there is an option to choose to either allow or require volunteers to see contact information for all available substitutes, and then affirm that they have contacted and confirmed their replacement. The default option is simply to Accept or Decline and invitation to serve.
