Frequently Asked Questions
There is no limit to the number of account users you can add to your Churchteams account. We encourage you to have as many people interacting with the software as possible.
Churchteams data is stored on MS Azure data servers where state of the art attention is given to data security. See the Security sections on the Terms and Conditions page linked to the footer of the website.
You choose the information you gather – our member fields are customizable. During our onboarding process, we will help you import your data and ensure it’s set up correctly. We also provide fields for storing background check information. You can run these checks on your own or work with our preferred integrated partner, Protect My Ministry.
Yes. The directory is optional. Our software gives you a directory link to add to your website, social media, or anywhere else. The directory is password protected to control access.
Yes. Connection card responses and personal conversations with people can be logged in member records. From there, contact and follow-up assignments can be made. The system will automatically email the person assigned a task and send them an additional email and text reminder on the due date if the task has not yet been completed.
